Shine On, Noya is a visual direction created for Carelon Global Solutions’ send-off celebration for their leader, Noya. The concept draws from her gentle leadership and the warmth she brought to the organization. The event took inspiration from an enchanting ball—soft lights, graceful movement, and a garden atmosphere that feels intimate, elegant, and full of meaning.
The key visual features glimmering blue and blue-green florals, subtle waves of light, and shining butterflies that symbolize guidance, growth, and transition. The cool tones echo Noya’s graceful presence, while the blossoming elements represent Carelon stepping forward—ready to bloom on its own.
The look and feel aim to bring together elegance, warmth, and lush garden energy. The glowing butterflies, soft gradients, and sparkling highlights evoke a sense of hope and new beginnings. Every element was designed to make the venue feel magical, comforting, and worthy of honoring Noya’s next chapter.
